SORSYE

Refunds

In force from 19 October 2026.

When something goes wrong on our side, we put it right or give the money back. This page says exactly when.

1. Who takes your payment

You buy from Astorva Holdings Ltd, company number 252040, Seychelles. PayPal processes the payment for us, by PayPal account or by card. Every purchase is a single payment; nothing renews by itself, so there is never anything to cancel.

2. A purchase opens at once

A reading or a pass is digital content that opens the moment you pay. The checkout tells you so beside the payment buttons: by paying, you ask for it to open straight away and agree that, once it is open, it cannot be returned, except for a fault on our side. Where the law of your country gives you a right to change your mind within fourteen days, that right ends when the purchase opens, because you asked for it to open at once.

3. When we refund

We refund in full when:

If a fault on our side kept you from using a thirty day or yearly pass and we could not fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the part of the pass you could not use.

Tell us within thirty days of the purchase.

4. What we do not refund

Once a purchase has opened and works as described, it is not refunded. That includes a reading you disagree with: the readings describe a tradition and are offered for reflection, and we cannot refund a reflection that did not please. The daily rules of the doors, such as one oracle reading a day, are part of the tradition and are not a fault. Nor is a birth time that was entered wrongly, or a chart drawn for midday because the birth time was not known, when the reading said so; correct your details in Settings and the chart redraws itself at no cost.

5. How and how fast

Write to support@sorsye.com from the email of your place, with the order number from your receipt and a line about what went wrong. We answer within five working days. An approved refund goes back through PayPal to the way you paid; PayPal and your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2010 of Seychelles, and under the consumer law of the country you live in where it applies and cannot be set aside, are not reduced by this page.
