SORSYE

Terms of use

Last updated 5 September 2026. Governed by the laws of Seychelles.

1. Who we are

Sorsye is run by Salifa Ally Bell, trading as Sorsye, of Mahé, Republic of Seychelles. In these terms "we" and "us" mean the operator, and "you" means the person using Sorsye. When the holding company Astorva Holdings is registered, this page will name it and its registration number. You can write to us at hello@sorsye.com.

2. What Sorsye is

Sorsye is a house of traditions: an oracle of thirty two stars, a yes or no, two old dream books, birth charts in the Vedic and the Western way, marriage matching, auspicious days, and a daily reading. Everything is offered for reflection, wonder and cultural exploration. It is a family heritage made available to others.

Sorsye is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict the future. Nothing here should be used to make a decision about your health, your money, your safety or the safety of another person. If you are unwell, speak to a doctor. If you are in danger or in despair, contact the emergency services or someone you trust. Readings about health, money or relationships describe a tradition, never a fact about you.

You must be eighteen or older to make a place or to buy anything here.

3. Your place

You may use Sorsye as a visitor, or make a place with an email address and a passphrase so your chart, your journal and your purchases follow you to any phone. A place belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your passphrase private and for what is done with your place. Give us true details, because a chart drawn from a wrong birth is a wrong chart. You may delete your place at any time from Settings, and everything in it goes with it.

4. Free and paid

Much of Sorsye is free: the oracle, yes or no, the dream books, the daily reading, and the first two chapters of any chart reading. The whole of a chart reading, and some doors, are opened by a purchase: a single reading, or a plan called Everything, monthly or yearly. The price and what it includes are shown before you pay.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited or its affiliates ("Paddle"), who act as the merchant of record and authorised reseller. When you buy, you buy from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to that purchase alongside these terms. Paddle collects any tax due where you live and sends you the receipt. We never see your card details.

A monthly or yearly plan renews until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your receipt or from your place; you keep what you paid for until the end of the period. Our refund page says what happens if something goes wrong.

5. Fair use

Sorsye is for your own personal use. Please do not copy the readings or the books for resale, publish them as your own, scrape or download them in bulk, use scripts or automated tools against the service, try to get past the daily limits, or share a place between several people. Some doors have their own rules, such as one oracle reading a day, and those rules are part of the tradition, not a fault. We may pause or close a place that breaks these terms.

6. What is ours and what is yours

The books, the tables, the readings, the words, the pictures, the design and the code of Sorsye are ours or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Private family heritage is part of it. A reading composed for you is yours to keep, print and share with the people in your life; it is not yours to sell or to publish as a product.

7. The parts written by a machine

Some passages, such as the whole dream reading and the answers to questions about your chart, are composed by a language model from the lines of the books and the reading we have already drawn for you. It is told to speak only from those lines and never to invent. It can still be clumsy or wrong. Treat what it writes as a reflection, not a fact and not advice.

8. Availability and change

We work to keep Sorsye up and true, and we back it up every night, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, add or withdraw features, and we may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. If a change matters to a plan you have paid for, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent the law of Seychelles allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on a reading, and our total liability to you for anything arising from Sorsye is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2010 of Seychelles or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and the courts of Seychelles have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right to bring a consumer complaint to the Fair Trading Commission of Seychelles. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stands. These terms are written in English, and the English text governs any translation.
